RECAP: Our First Facebook Live Event
We hosted our first ever Facebook Live event on Wednesday, March 25th, 2020. We loved having so many incredible community leaders on our first FB Live. Mayor Kathy Grossmann, Lelle Hedding, Deerfield Twp Trustee, Jonathan Cooper, Superintendent of MSCD, and wife, Michelle Cooper, Barbara Hogan, CEO of Timbelo, Inc. and good friend from the business community, Andi Schrock all sat down (virtually of course) to talk about the impact COVID-19 is having on our community. There discussion was filled with hope and practical advice to bring us together.
You can watch the Facebook Live on our Facebook page: Timbelo Inc. Facebook Page
Here are some highlights of the event and resources available:
Key Points:
"I never lose, I either win or learn." -Nelson Mandela
Hope does not disappoint.
Breathe, just breathe
Everyone is in a unique situation right now with different struggles.
Schedule but be flexible
What we put into the world we will get back.
Fear distorts, distracts and debilitates. Courage clarifies and empowers us as a community.
We are all in this together, as a community.
