When you read the words "self-care," what pops into your head? Probably skin care and bubble baths, right? Those are excellent examples of self-care, but there are so many other ways to take care of ourselves! Self-care should including taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. So let's talk about it! What are some practices, beyond bubble baths, to take care of ourselves.

Make Your Bed: This might seem like a fairly small thing, but having an organized space can help with feeling more relaxed and prepared to face the day! Want to take it one step further? Put on some fresh sheets!

Write an "It's Done" List: When you're solely focused on what you still have left to do, it can feel a bit overwhelming. Take some time to recognize what you've accomplished!

Go Through Your Camera Roll: Take a stroll down memory lane! Look at your wonderful experiences and the people you love.

Eat Something Green: Okay, so it doesn't necessarily have to be something green, but eat something that your body will thank you for.

Learn Something New: It can be picking up a new hobby or starting a new podcast that discusses a topic you're really interested in.

No matter how you to choose to do it, loving yourself is vital.
