Today is internationally recognized at the World Against Trafficking in Persons day! If you’ve been thinking about taking action or getting involved in anti-human trafficking work, today is a perfect day to do it. Here are some easy ways to get started:

  • Learn and share! Take the time to find, subscribe, and read newsletters, books, and articles about anti-human trafficking work. The best resources you can use are those written by survivors themselves. Then, go and share that information with your friends and family.

  • Learn more about your “Slavery Footprint” and make sure you’re supporting businesses that don’t use any kind of forced labor.

  • Volunteer at a local anti-trafficking organization.

No matter how you choose to get involved, you just have to start! If one of us is suffering, we are all suffering. The time to take a stand is now.
