When I hear the word "diversity," I think of how beautiful differences can be. Without diversity, life would be pretty boring! Different cultures bring different viewpoints, knowledge, and traditions while different talents and interests build stronger teams. In fact, sometimes diversity can create vulnerabilities that others exploit for their own personal gain.
